WOW 8 months and now a Network Engineer

So I have made no progress on the CCNA track but now I am back. I have been setting up a Shoretel Voip Lab with Cisco behind it. So far so good, it has been a huge help on putting together the book study and how to implement equipment. I have been watching the CBT nuggets courses on the new CCNA and am trying for  4/4/2014 for my test date. After that I wish to start on the CCNA Voice or go for the CCNP, QOS will be a big part of my job but still unsure which way to go.
